By using QALB, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Service

QALB is a personal app designed for spiritual awareness, emotional balance, and dhikr practice. It does not provide medical diagnosis, psychological therapy, or emergency crisis intervention.

2. Medical Disclaimer

This app is not a health service. For serious psychological issues, crisis situations, or medical emergencies, please consult a healthcare professional or emergency services.

3. User Responsibilities

You may use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to misuse or reverse-engineer the app.
You are responsible for the content you enter.

4. Intellectual Property

App content, audio files, design, and software belong to QALB Uygulaması. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

5. Premium Features

Premium content may require a paid subscription. Purchase terms are subject to App Store / Google Play Store rules. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Limitation of Liability

QALB cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated without prior notice. Current terms will always be accessible within the app and at this URL.

Kullanım Koşulları

QALB uygulamasını kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Hizmetin Kapsamı

QALB, manevi farkındalık, duygusal denge ve zikir pratiği için tasarlanmış kişisel bir uygulamadır. Tıbbi tanı, psikolojik terapi veya acil kriz müdahalesi sağlamaz.

2. Tıbbi Sorumluluk Reddi

Bu uygulama bir sağlık hizmeti değildir. Ciddi psikolojik sorunlar, kriz durumları veya tıbbi aciller için lütfen bir sağlık uzmanına veya acil servise başvurun.

3. Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları

Uygulamayı yalnızca kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanabilirsiniz.
Uygulamayı kötüye kullanmamayı, tersine mühendislik yapmamayı kabul edersiniz.
Girdiğiniz içeriklerden siz sorumlusunuz.

4. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama içeriği, ses dosyaları, tasarım ve yazılım QALB Uygulaması'na aittir. İzinsiz kopyalanamaz veya dağıtılamaz.

5. Premium Özellikler

Premium içerikler ücretli abonelik gerektirebilir. Satın alma koşulları App Store / Google Play Store kurallarına tabidir. Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.

6. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

QALB, uygulamanın kullanımından doğabilecek doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Uygulama herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır.

7. Değişiklikler

Bu koşullar önceden bildirim yapılmaksızın güncellenebilir. Güncel koşullar her zaman uygulama içinde ve bu URL'de erişilebilir olacaktır.
